Analog Devices Inc. AD8515 1.8V Operational Amplifiers

Analog Devices AD8515 Operational Amplifiers (op amps) are rail-to-rail input/output amplifiers that operate from a single-supply voltage as low as 1.8V and over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range. The AD8515 Op Amps offer a gain bandwidth of 5MHz and a typical offset voltage of 1mV from a 1.8V supply. AD8515's low supply current makes these op amps well-suited for battery-powered applications. With AD8515's 2.7V/μs slew rate, the op amps are also ideal for driving ASIC inputs such as voice codecs. Available in space-saving 5-lead SOT-23 and 5-lead SC70 packages, the AD8515 Operational Amplifiers are compact enough to be placed next to sensors, reducing external noise placement.
