Analog Devices Inc. ADCA3990 CATV Power Doubler Hybrid
Analog Devices Inc. ADCA3990 CATV Power Doubler Hybrid achieves extremely high RF output, and up to 76.8dBmV composite power. It also achieves 67dBmV virtual level by using advanced circuit design techniques. These techniques include gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) die, and gallium nitride (GaN) HEMT die. The device is packaged in the industry-standard SOT115J. The DC current and supply voltage can be adjusted externally for optimum distortion performance vs. power consumption over a range of output levels.Features
