Analog Devices Inc. HMC460 Low Noise Distributed Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc. HMC460 GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Distributed Amplifiers operate between direct current and 20GHz. These gallium arsenide (GaAs) amplifiers feature monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMIC) and pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistors (pHEMT). These amplifiers are used in telecom infrastructure, microwave radio and Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) satellite systems. The amplifiers provide 14dB of gain, 2.5dB noise figure and +16dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression while requiring only 60mA from a +8V supply. HMC460 amplifiers can be integrated into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs) because of their small size. HMC460 are available in die packages. HMC460LC5 amplifiers come in a leadless 5mm x 5mm ceramic surface mount package.
