The LT86xx High-Voltage Buck Regulators work from input voltages from 3V up to 100V+, switching frequencies up to 4MHz, and high-efficiency operation up to 96%.
Analog Devices LT86xx High-Voltage Buck Regulators offer high-efficiency operation at 2MHz in a very compact solution footprint, low EMI, and only requires 2.5µA of quiescent current. LT86xx's combination of features allows for a high-efficiency, very small, low-profile buck switching regulator circuit.
