Infineon Technologies SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory

Infineon Technologies SEMPER™ NOR Flash Memory is a nonvolatile storage solution that integrates safety features for automotive and industrial systems. Applications include automotive instrument clusters, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and networking communications. NOR Flash Memory meets automotive functional safety standards and is ASIL-B compliant and ASIL-D ready. The AEC-Q100 qualified device's EnduraFlex™ Architecture enables endurance of 1+ million program/erase cycles or data retention of 25 years at temperatures ranging from -40° C to +125° C. In addition, the device provides JEDEC xSPI-compliant Quad SPI, HYPERBUS™, and Octal interfaces.
