Microchip Technology ATtiny214 AVR® MCUs

Microchip Technology ATtiny214 AVR® MCUs are designed with core independent peripherals and picoPower® technology. These MCUs feature a flexible and low-power architecture, including SleepWalking and Event System. The ATtiny214 MCUs support capacitive touch interfaces with a driven shield via the integrated QTouch® peripheral touch controller. Microchip Technology ATtiny214 AVR® MCUs also consist of 12 programmable I/O lines, multiple speed grades, single-pin Unified Program Debug Interface (UPDI), and three sleep modes.

The clock options of ATtiny214 MCUs include a 16MHz/20MHz low-power internal RC oscillator, 32.768kHz Ultra-Low Power (ULP) internal RC oscillator, a 32.768kHz external crystal oscillator, and an external clock input. These MCUs operate at -40°C to +105°C temperature range and are also available in -40°C to +125°C temperature graded device options.
