Microchip Technology ATWILC100x RF Systems on a Chip

Microchip Technology ATWILC100x RF Systems on Chip (SoCs) are IEEE® 802.11b/g/n Radio/Baseband/MAC link controllers and Internet-of-Things (IoT) modules. These SoCs feature a fully integrated power amplifier, LNA, switch, very low power consumption, high performance, and power management. The ATWICL100x supports 2- and 3-wire Bluetooth® coexistence protocols and also provides multiple interfaces including UART, SPI, and SDIO. The ATWILC1000A/B is a single chip Radio/Baseband/MAC link controller optimized for low-power mobile applications. The WILC100 and ATWILC1001A SoCs are IoT modules that are specifically optimized for low power IoT applications.
