Infineon Technologies EVAL_5BR3995BZ-1_BUCK1 Evaluation Board uses the CoolSET™ 5th Generation Fixed Frequency Plus ICE5BR3995BZ-1 switching controller. This 5.4W evaluation board is configured in a non-isolated high-voltage buck topology and comes with the ICE5BR3995BZ-1. An integrated 950V MOSFET in a DIP-7 package enables deployment to unstable grid environments and increases system robustness.
