Qorvo AH322 / AH420 InGaP HBT Amplifier

Qorvo AH322 2W High Linearity InGaP HBT Amplifier and AH420 4W High Linearity InGaP HBT Amplifier are high dynamic range amplifiers in a low-cost surface mount package. The AH322 InGaP HBT achieves high performance for various narrowband-tuned application circuits with up to +50 OIP3 and +33.4 dBm of compressed 1dB power. The AH420 InGaP HBT achieves high performance with -49 dBc ACLR and +35.7 dBm of compressed 1dB power, operating off of a single +5V supply. The AH322 amplifier is targeted for use as a driver amplifier in a wireless infrastructure where high linearity and medium power is required. The AH420 amplifier is targeted for use as a final stage amplifier in wireless infrastructure repeaters or as driver stages for high power amplifiers where high performance is required.
