Murata UWSC Ultra Large-Band Wire-Bondable Si Capacitors
Murata UWSC Ultra Large-Band Wire-Bondable Silicon Capacitors target optical communication systems (ROSA/TOSA, SONET, and all optoelectronics) and high-speed data systems or products. These components are designed for DC decoupling and bypass applications as the capacitors offer high rejection at frequencies higher than 26GHz. The UWSC capacitors are manufactured with deep trench and MOS semiconductor processes to cover low and high capacitance requirements. They offer high reliability and capacitance stability over temperature (+60ppm/K) and voltage and have an extended temperature range from -55°C to +150°C. High-temperature curing (above +900°C) generates a pure oxide, providing reliability and repeatable performance. These capacitors are compatible with standard wire bonding assembly (ball and wedge) and are available with thick gold terminations.Features
