Renesas Electronics RA6E2 Microcontrollers are designed for high-performance applications and housed in a compact package. The Renesas Electronics RA6E2 features a 200MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, 256KB code flash memory, and 40KB SRAM. The devices have a range of peripherals and safety features optimized for efficiency and performance. These 40nm process-built microcontrollers are ideal for low-memory, small packages, lower pin counts, and low active power requirements.
