STMicroelectronics TS3011 Rail-to-Rail High-Speed Comparators feature a high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. Specified for a supply voltage of 2.2V to 5V, these comparators can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
