Texas Instruments SN74HCS7002/SN74HCS7002-Q1 Automotive Quadruple 2-input NOR Gates contains four independent 2-input NOR Gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A + B in positive logic. The SN74HCS7002/SN74HCS7002-Q1 offers a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and a low power consumption of ±100nA. The Texas Instruments SN74HCS7002-Q1 is AEC-Q100 Qualified for automotive applications.
