TPS3850/TPS3851 Precision Voltage Supervisors

Os supervisores de tensão de precisão TPS3850/TPS3851 da Texas Instruments combinam um supervisor de tensão de precisão com um temporizador de alerta com janela programável. O comparador da janela do dispositivo TPS3850/TPS3851 atinge exatidão de 0,8% (de –40°C a +125°C) para limites de sobretensão (VIT+(OV)) e subtensão (VIT–(UV)). Os dispositivos TPS3850/TPS3851 também incluem histerese precisa nos dois limites, o que os torna ideais para uso com sistemas de tolerância restrita. O retardo de RESET do supervisor pode ser ajustado por configurações padrão programadas na fábrica ou programadas por um capacitor externo. O retardo de RESET programado na fábrica inclui temporização de retardo de alta precisão e exatidão de 15%. O dispositivo TPS3850/TPS3851 inclui um temporizador de alerta com janela programável para uma ampla variedade de aplicações. A saída de alerta dedicada (WDO) habilita resolução aumentada para ajudar a determinar a natureza das condições de falha. Os dispositivos TPS3850-Q1 têm qualificação AEC-Q100 para aplicações automotivas.
