
Nexperia NEX531x-Q100 Dual-Port USB Type-C® PD Controller
NEX531x-Q100 Dual-Port USB Type-C® PD Controller is designed for automotive USB charging applications. It offers support for USB D+/D- based fast charging protocols and is designed to support Type-C Configuration Channel (CC) detection, PD communication with cables and PD devices, and D+/D- power contract negotiation with flash charging supported mobile devices. High-voltage tolerant connector pins deter overvoltage or short-circuits. The Nexperia NEX53100-Q100 features dynamic power distribution control, thermal sensing, and input voltage monitoring while protecting the system from overtemperature or over-discharge.
